General Policies:

• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rooms are booked subject to the final confirmation.
• Service voucher must be dispatch by or before the arrival of the guest.
• Meal plan will start from first day breakfast, due to early check -In / Check-Out time, (Last day Breakfast will consider as Extra Breakfast).
• Checkout time 9 AM
• Children above five years will be charged
• Extra charges for in-room heating
• All figures in INR (Indian Rupees)

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the total bill will be in advance and balance will settle by or before the time of check out.
• The guests who want to pay by card, they are requested to pay one day earlier checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 01 Month of arrival dates 01 full day charges.
• Before 15 days of the arrival dates 50% of the total billing.
• Before 7 days of the arrival dates 100% of the total cost.
• Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
• No refund for unexpected departures.
